When purchasing Fastack, you are granted access to the codebase and a license to use that code for your projects. In order to understand our license, please read the following details.

License Grant

  1. Fastack retains ownership of the codebase but grants you usage on the following terms and conditions.
  2. The License grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to make use of the code to create end products.
  3. You are licensed to use the codebase to create multiple end products for yourself or for multiple clients, and the end product may or may not be sold. Resellers and freelancers are allowed to purchase on their client's behalf and charge for their services.

Things you are allowed to do with the codebase:

  • You are allowed to create multiple end products using the codebase
  • You are allowed to sell any number of end products built with the codebase
  • You are allowed to modify, adapt, and customize the code to suit your needs
  • You are allowed to use the codebase for commercial and personal projects
  • You are allowed to use the codebase for client projects as a freelancer or agency
  • You are allowed to use the codebase in public repositories under fair code license, but only with the permission of Fastack. This means the modified code can be used by others but not for commercial use.

Things you are not allowed to do with the codebase:

  • You are not allowed to create a product that sells the codebase itself as a template or boilerplate
  • You are not allowed to redistribute the codebase without the permission of Fastack
  • You are not allowed to share your license or repository access with any other individuals or companies
  • You are not allowed to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Fastack codebase as a standalone product
  • You are not allowed to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the codebase
  • You are not allowed to create a competing SaaS boilerplate product based on Fastack

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Fastack retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Fastack codebase, including but not limited to the source code, documentation, design elements, and all related materials. This License Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Fastack codebase itself.

You own the applications and projects you create using Fastack. However, you do not own the Fastack codebase. You may use, modify, and distribute your applications built with Fastack, but you may not redistribute the Fastack codebase as a template or boilerplate.

Warranty and Disclaimer

THE FASTACK CODEBASE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the codebase will be compatible with all systems, environments, or third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your development environment and infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FASTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FASTACK CODEBASE, EVEN IF FASTACK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this License Agreement or the codebase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Termination

This license is perpetual and does not expire. However, if you violate any terms of this License Agreement, Fastack reserves the right to terminate your license and access to the repository immediately, without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the repository and receive updates will cease immediately. However, you may continue to use any code you have already downloaded in accordance with the license granted in this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgium.

Entire Agreement

This License Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fastack concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
